A 2-Years, 4 months Old girl who disappeared on Monday from Munutam village, Lakwa Parish, Omiya-Pachwa Sub County in Agago district has been found dead in a suspected ritual killing.
The deceased, Agenorwot Linda whose lifeless body had missing arms was discovered at 6:00pm about a kilometer from her mother’s home.
Agenorwot is said to have disappeared from home on the fateful day when her mother-Irene Akech left home to care for a patient at Dr. Ambrossoli memorial hospital Kalongo.
The deceased was taken for burial to Morolem village in Omiya Pachwa Sub County.
Bosco Onek, the L.C11 Chairperson Lakwa parish confirmed the incident.
A police officer at Kalongo Police Station confirmed that the incident had been registered and investigations were underway.
