Police has accused Boda-Boda cyclists who used to stage in front of Gulu central Police station of failing to provide prior information before attacks on central police station left two security personnel dead and four others injured.
Addressing the cyclists on Monday, Kwanya Wilson, the Aswa regional police commander says the attack could have been averted if the cyclists had cooperated and provided prior information to security agencies.
Last week, Police banned the cyclists from staging in front of the police station after the incident.
However, the cyclists denied the allegations of aiding the attack saying if any of them participated, should be identified and prosecuted.
