A 19 year resident of Layibi Go Down in Layibi Division Gulu municipality was on Thursday morning found to have committed suicide for unknown reasons.
Moses Okumu, boda-boda taxi operator in Gulu municipality, is alleged to have returned home on Tuesday night while drunk and went to sleep.
However, on Thursday morning, his brother went to check on him but no one was responding.
He immediately alerted other family members who broke the door and only to discover the deceased has hanged himself.
Jimmy Patrick Okema, the Aswa River region police spokesperson said police went to the scene and confirmed the deceased committed suicide.
