Atiak sub county authority in Amuru district is to survey the sub county land to keep away encroachers.
Odiya Wilfred Baguma, the sub county chairman told Mega fm the sub county has about eight hectares of land but part of it has been encroached on by the neighboring communities.
In 2013, the plan by the World Bank to erect a perimeter fence at Atiak Health centre IV failed after a section of the community claimed ownership of part of the land.
