Three children survived death on Wednesday in Agago district after fighting bulls crashed the house they were sleeping in.
The incident happened at around 3:00am when the three siblings were fast asleep in their grass thatched hut in Anyango A village, Arum Sub County.
The children were identified as Acheng Mercy aged 12, Ejang Sharon aged 15 and Ongom Frederick aged 8.
Their father, Okello Peter said the 2 bulls that started fighting at midnight were chased away only to return and break the children’s hut during another fight.
Okello said he was woken up by the voices of his crying children only to find the hut had collapsed and Acheng, one of the children was fractured above the knee while the other two had suffered bruises on their heads.
Acheng was taken to Lira medical center, a private clinic where she was receiving treatment.
