Operators of eating joints in Lacor trading center, Layibi division in Gulu municipality have been threatened with closure if they do not observe hygiene.
The L.C111 chairman Layibi division, Alfred Oluba says operators of some of the eating places pour dirty water in front of their premises which he says is not hygienic.
Oluba says this practice could cause diseases to customers and staff of such eating joints.
