A 25-year-old businessman reportedly collapsed and died in a lodge in Arua City during a love making session.
The victim has been identified as Mustafa Ali, a resident of Ozu Cell, Kenya Ward in Arua City.
Ali died last Wednesday night from Avenue Lodge in Arua City.
According to Police, Ali died shortly after he and his girlfriend checked in as guests at the lodge.
The lady who is now in police custody to assist police with the investigation has been identified as Adania Ratio.
Preliminary investigation report indicates that he died from respiratory failure.
Death during consensual sex, can occur for a number of reasons that include the physical strain of the activity or because of unusual extenuating circumstances.
His body has since been picked and taken to Arua Regional Referral Hospital mortuary for postmortem.
Fred Enanga, the Uganda Police Force Spokesperson said investigation into the incident is ongoing.
In Sept, 2022, Charles Ochakacon, 54, the Division Prisons Commander assigned to Nwoya district also reportedly collapsed and died while with his fiancée at the Continental Bar and Lodge in Purongo Town Council, Nwoya district.
