Omoro District Engineer Arrested For Abuse of Office

Obwoya was arrested together with one of the district drivers “a grader operator” identified as Monex Otim and immediately transported to Kampala.

They are being accused of using the Omoro local government wheel loader registration number UG 2025W for private work.

According to IG, the two in May last year diverted a wheel loader that was sent to work in Bobi Sub County to work in a private land belonging to Joe Lamony Francis in Awere Sub County in Pader district.
