11 Motorcycles Impounded in Gulu For Defying Presidential Directive
At least 11 boda boda motorcycles were impounded on the first day of the implementation of the presidential order on ban on boda boda motorcycles operating past 2pm to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
