A man nearly lost his right eye after he was shot with an arrow by a Karamojong cattle rustler on Monday night in Lapono Sub County, Agago district.
Otto Samuel in his early twenties, a resident of Ogwang Kamolo East village in Ogole Parish was shot in the upper right eye.
He was lucky as the arrow hit him just a few centimeters from his eye ball.
Odong Computer Otoo, the area councilor III Ogole Parish said that Otto was shot at around midnight when he came out of his house after he heard noises in his kraal.
Odong said that Karamojong took after shooting Otto
Otoo was that night rushed to a nearby clinic for first aid and transferred in the morning to Dr Ambrossoli memorial hospital Kalongo.
